Intermat, the second largest construction sector exhibition worldwide, has selected Abu Dhabi as its home city in the Middle East.
Intermat has existed for 25 years and takes place every three years in Paris, France.

KTI-Plersch & VIP-Various Ice Products would like to take this opportunity to update you on the developments on our service, parts and new products.

Since 2009 KTI-Plersch (Dubai Branch) is established as the service center for KTI in the Middle East. Meanwhile more than 20 technicians in the UAE alone are covering the GCC area together with their colleagues in in these countries. Therefore KTI is able to promptly react to any technical problem within the GCC.

Moreover, customers having a KTI service/maintenance contract will be guaranteed a service technician within 24hours on site. As we would like to offer these service/maintenance contracts to more of our clients we re-designed these contracts to their specific needs.

Outside the UAE, KTI is again improving its after sales service e.g. by employing new service technicians for Oman.

With seven warehouses and more than 30 well trained service technicians within the GCC countries KTI offers the fastest and most reliable after sales service in the region. Only through this service KTI clients can be sure that in case of any problems, to their batching plant, the downtime will be at a minimum.

Also on technical developments KTI was undergoing a lot of research & development in order to reach the best economical solution for cooling down the concrete. Consequently KTI's latest Flake Ice Plants and Chillers reached the highest productivity level - especially compared to other cooling systems in the market.
